実質、以前の記事の続きです。
結局どうなるんだいっていう話ですがWebパーツそのものがretireするっていうことで終わるみたいです。
retireとはいっていますが、新規追加が不可能になるだけで、残っているWebパーツは良くも悪くも自動では削除されないので随時対処が必要です。適用は9月中旬からとのことですが、現状問題が発生してるテナントはもう対処済みな気もします。
該当箇所
“Due to a change in Twitter’s terms of use for third-party access, the Twitter web part in SharePoint in Microsoft 365 will no longer be supported and will be removed from the web part toolbox, as well as from any Microsoft-produced site templates.”
Twitterのサードパーティアクセスに関する利用規約が変更されたため、Microsoft 365のSharePointにおけるTwitterのWebパーツはサポートされなくなり、Webパーツのツールボックスからも、Microsoftが作成したサイトテンプレートからも削除されます。
“Any pages that currently have the Twitter web part will be unaffected by this change, however due to a change in Twitter’s terms of use for third-party access, users may see an error message”
現在Twitterのウェブパーツを使用しているページはこの変更の影響を受けませんが、Twitterのサードパーティアクセスに関する利用規約が変更されたため、ユーザーにエラーメッセージが表示される可能性があります
ちなみにこの記事MCではTwitterのことを一切”X”と呼んでいないですね。単純に忘れている可能性もありますが、今後もMSがXと呼ばない場合、何らかの大人の事情が関係している可能性があるかもしれません。
